His HR related assignments include those relating to Business Process Re-engineering and Organizational Development, devising HR policies and procedures manuals, conducting Assessment and Development Centers, Executive Search and Placement assignments, event management and Training design and delivery, particularly those related to customer service, conflict management, coaching and counseling etc. He has exposure of working with clients in Pakistan, Dubai and Bahrain, and has an MBA from Institute of Business Administration, Karachi.
Khalid Chapra is heading the Technology Risk Management practice in Sidat Hyder Morshed Associates. With over 13 years of experience, he has conducted trainings for various clients including service providers for Networking & Windows Server. Khalid has a Computer Science background and several certifications including CISA ,CISM, IBM Certified Solutions Expert (CSE) Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Professional + Internet (MCP+I), Micro Innovations & Technologies Diploma in Computer Network Design & Administration.
With 20 years of experience in Pakistan and USA, Mohammed Imani has implemented a multitude of projects in various areas of Information Technology. His diverse experience has been in Private and Public Sector Organizations, Multinational Companies and Not-for-Pro fit Organizations. He has served as Project Manager for various Business Process Reengineering (BPR) projects in Pakistan.
Nadeem Naseem is an Executive Senior Manager in Sidat Hyder Morshed Associates and heads our Lahore Office. He has over 30 years experience in industry and management consultancy assignments relating to HR and Finance. His areas of focus include Training, HR Audits, HR Policy & Planning, Executive Search and Placement, Organization Review, Process Design, Compensation, Financial Feasibilities etc. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan.
Nazish Peracha is a senior consultant at Sidat Hyder Morshed Associates. She has an MBA from LUMS and over 7 years experience in different organizations including management consultancy. Nazish has been an anchor with Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation for a period of four years involved in news and current affairs programs. She also has been involved in teaching as well as coaching people on various aspects of communication skills and time management. Her consultancy experience includes Recruitment and Executive Search, HR due diligence, HR Diagnostics, Assessment and Development centers and Feasibility Studies.
Samia Zuberi is an Executive Senior Manager in the HR Consulting Division of Sidat Hyder Morshed Associates, with over 12 years experience, mostly of human resources consultancy assignments. She has been Lead Trainer for several soft skills courses and HR training workshops such as communication skills, presentation skills, interviewing skills, 360 degree surveys, TNA, personality types and temperaments, leadership, team work, time and stress management etc. She has also been involved in several Executive Search, Assessment Centre and Psychometric testing assignments. She has a MSc in Organizational Psychology from Birkbeck College, University of London.
Zain Ansari is currently heading the Information Risk Services practice at Sidat Hyder Morshed Associates (Pvt) Ltd. With an education in Computer Engineering, numerous courses in business strategy and project management, Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) Certifications, he has over 14 years of experience in the field of Information Technology. He specializes in Business-IT alignment strategies, technology mapping and planning; architecture design and development; technology assessment, evaluation and selection; business effectiveness measurement and benchmarking.
